Mitch co-owns Best At Pests and runs the hard ones. The heritage places, the slate roofs, the jobs where there's no obvious way up. He's a boulderer, so he reads a roofline the way other people read a map: where the holds are, where it'll take weight, and where a possum has been getting in. The bit most people miss is that getting the animal out is the easy half. The job is finding the actual entry point and proofing it so nothing comes back. That's the part he cares about.
